Roles and Responsibilities
Rachel Jung is a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent with Allmerits Financial who takes a client-
centered approach to financial planning. Her work begins with a simple but essential question: what
does this client actually need?
Rather than leading with a product, Rachel takes the time to understand each client's circumstances —
their family, income, timeline, financial goals, and the concerns that matter most to them. She works to
identify the problem that needs to be solved first, then presents the options that offer meaningful value
to the client and their family, explaining the benefits and trade-offs of each in clear, accessible terms.
For Rachel, trust is the foundation of every client relationship. Being a trusted professional, in her view,
means more than recommending the right product. It means listening carefully, preparing thoroughly,
communicating honestly, and remaining available as a client's needs evolve over time. Her goal is to be
the professional clients feel comfortable turning to whenever an important financial decision or a major
life event arises.
Career History and Areas of Focus
Rachel joined Allmerits Financial in July 2026 as a Life & Health Insurance Agent. She works with
individuals and families across life insurance, annuities, and Medicare, as well as college funding
strategies, retirement income planning, and legacy and wealth transfer planning.
Her practice is built on long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. Rachel believes that
meaningful financial guidance begins with understanding the client and continues through consistent
communication and ongoing support — and that credibility is earned the same way, one well-prepared
conversation at a time.
She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge across the products and planning strategies
her clients depend on, so that she can offer guidance they can act on with confidence. Above all, Rachel
is dedicated to putting her clients' interests first at every stage of their financial journey.
Education
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Korea University in Seoul, South Korea, in
2000. From 2019 to 2021, she completed the Global Leadership Institute (GLI) program at the University
of California, San Diego, further developing her leadership, communication, and global perspective.
